About this project

Anyone working alone in a workshop cannot be on the phone at the same time. That is exactly where the project starts. The hard part is done: the desk understands German quirks that technology usually trips over — times like "quarter to eleven", dates, phone numbers, spelled-out names, number plates. At the start of every conversation it says of its own accord that it is not a human, because that has been mandatory since August 2026. And every conversation record carries a mandatory deletion date, so nothing sits around longer than allowed. Around 150 automated checks watch over that on every change. What is still missing is the connection to a real phone line.
