- How do I join the server?
- Start Minecraft → Multiplayer → Add server → enter play.ggnetwork.rip as the address. You pick the mode once you are in.
- Which Minecraft version do I need?
- The network runs on 1.21+. ViaVersion lets older clients in too — the supported range is 1.7.2 – 1.21.x. It runs best on a current version.
- What is the difference between HeartSMP and HeartGen?
- HeartSMP is lifesteal: die and you lose a heart, kill and you gain one. HeartGen is about generators, grinding and KoTH fights. Both are reachable on the same address.
- Does playing cost anything?
- No. The store is optional and pays for running the network — playing is free.
- How quickly do I get my rank after buying?
- Automatically, as soon as the payment is confirmed. The rank goes to the Minecraft name you entered at checkout. If you were online at the time, reconnect once.
- I entered the wrong name — now what?
- Get in touch on Discord with your order number. A correction is possible as long as the rank has not been used.
- I was banned and I think it is wrong.
- Open an appeal in the forum — with the time it happened and, if you have one, a video. Insults in an appeal shorten the process, but not in your favour.
- Do I need a separate account for the forum?
- Yes — the forum account is separate from your Minecraft login. You link your Minecraft name so your skin and ranks show up on your profile.
