Not bug reports — those go in Help with steps and timestamps. This is for
friction. The things that are not broken enough to report but wear you
down anyway.
Those are the hardest problems for us to see, because nobody mentions them.
The menu that takes one click too many. The message that does not say what
went wrong. The thing you have to explain to every new player because the
server never explains it.
What is useful here
- "I had to ask three people before I understood X."
- "This wording made me think Y, and Y was wrong."
- "I stopped doing Z because it takes too long."
- "I wanted to do A and could not find where."
What happens to it
Read, all of it. Some of it turns into changes and shows up in the changelog.
Some of it turns into a Help thread, because the thing existed and was just
impossible to find. Some of it gets a straight "no, and here is why" — which
is still an answer, and better than silence.
What will not happen is your post disappearing without a reply.
One request
One point per reply, if you can. A reply with six things in it usually gets
one of them answered and the other five forgotten.
Not for
Appeals, reports about other players, and "when is feature X coming". Those
have their own places: Appeals, the report button, and the roadmap thread.
