tsunanaaAdminEmail delivery from this site is currently broken. Our mail provider is
rejecting our credentials, so confirmation codes and password reset emails are
not being sent at all.
This is written plainly because the alternative — letting people think their
spam filter ate it — wastes their evening and makes us look worse, not better.
What this affects
- Registration confirmation codes. Not arriving.
- Password reset codes. Not arriving.
- Email address changes. The code will not arrive, so the change cannot
complete. Your existing address stays as it was — nothing gets half-changed
and locks you out.
What still works
Everything else. Signing in with an account that is already confirmed, posting,
the store, deliveries, voting. This is only the mail path.
What to do

We confirm accounts by hand. Say which forum name you registered and someone
will unlock it. It is a manual step, so it is not instant, but it works today.
Do not
- Do not register three more times. It will not help, and it puts you into
a rate limit that makes the manual fix slower.
- Do not use a different address hoping that one works. It is not
address-specific.
- Do not give your password to anybody, including someone who says they
are unlocking your account. Confirming an account never requires it.
When will it be fixed
It is the top item on the roadmap, above every feature, because "you cannot
make an account" is worse than anything we could build instead.
This thread gets updated when it changes, and the change will show up in the
