Rank not arrived? What happens after payment

First: this is a real failure mode and we want to hear about it. It is not
"probably your fault".

What is supposed to happen

1. Payment confirms.
2. Your entitlement is created against the **Minecraft name you typed at

checkout**.

1. A delivery job goes to the game server.
2. Your rank applies.

Normally that is seconds. It is not instant by design — it is a queue, and a
queue can back up or fail.

Check these three things first

Reconnect once. If you were online when the rank landed, the permission is
applied but your session may not show it. Leave and rejoin.

Check the name you typed. Open your orders page and look at the Minecraft name on the order.
A typo there is the most common cause, and it is fixable — see below.

Check the order actually completed. An order sitting at awaiting payment
never triggered a delivery. If your bank shows it as taken but the order does
not, that is worth reporting immediately with the order number.

If all three look right

Then the delivery genuinely failed, which is a thing that happens and which
staff can see and re-run. Bring us:

• Your order number (the reference on the order page).
• The Minecraft name on the order.
• Roughly when you paid.

Discord is fastest. There is a queue of failed deliveries that staff can look
at directly and re-run, so this is usually a short conversation rather than an
investigation.

Wrong name at checkout

Fixable while the rank has not been used. Bring your order number to
Discord and say what the name should be.

If the rank has already been applied to the wrong account and used, we are
into a much harder conversation — which is why the checkout asks you to
confirm the name.

What we will not ask you for

Your password. Ever. Nobody on the team needs it and nobody will DM you first
asking about a "problem with your rank". If someone does, that is somebody
pretending to be us — report it.

Refunds

A delivered rank applies immediately and cannot be meaningfully un-applied, so
there is no return path once it has landed. A failed delivery is a
completely different situation and we sort it out.
