server usually starts overselling, here is the plain version.
What buying does
- Pays for the servers. That is the whole purpose. Playing is free and
stays free.
- Gets you a rank or a key, delivered automatically once the payment
confirms. It goes to the Minecraft name you type at checkout.
- Shows on your forum profile, as a badge next to your name.
What buying does not do
- It does not buy you a fight. Nothing in the store is meant to let you
beat someone you would otherwise lose to. If an item would do that, it does
not go in — see the roadmap.
- It does not buy staff. Ranks are ranks. Team roles come from
applications and nowhere else.
- It does not transfer. A rank belongs to the account you named. Moving it
to another name is not supported.
How delivery works
Payment confirms → the entitlement is created → a delivery job goes to the
game server → your rank applies. If you were online when it landed, reconnect
once and it will be there.
If it does not arrive, that is a real failure and we want to know. There is a
thread in Help — Rank not arrived — with what to check and what to send us.
Money questions
- Your receipt is reachable from your orders page
with your order number.
- Wrong Minecraft name at checkout? Fixable while the rank is unused. Bring
your order number to Discord.
- Refunds: a rank applies to your account immediately and cannot be un-applied
in any meaningful sense, so there is no return path once it is delivered.
We would rather say that here than surprise you with it later. If delivery
genuinely failed, that is a different situation and we sort it out.
Prices in the store are the truth; nothing in this thread quotes a number,
because a number in a forum post goes stale and the store does not.
