Packs, and what each file costs in them
Every pack shown here is buyable, and every one carries its per-file price. Credits do not expire.
- 1 file$5$5.00 per file
- 3 files$12$4.00 per file
- 10 files$25$2.50 per file
Refunds, in one place
Fourteen days, money back on any single purchase, no reason required. If a file comes back empty, or you press “this is not them” within ten minutes, the credit returns by itself — there is no support thread to open, because the state change is automatic. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period you already paid for.
This sentence appears in exactly this wording at the checkout, in the FAQ and in the terms, because it comes from one file. A product whose FAQ promises what its terms rule out has two answers to the same question, and a customer will find the wrong one at the worst moment.
