Buying something

You do not need an account#

The checkout is deliberately open. Someone who wants to gift
a rank to a friend should not have to register first, and the person receiving
it does not need an account either.

Having an account does buy you something, though: your orders and deliveries
are listed under Account → Orders, and you can see
the state of every delivery instead of only the mail.

The path#

1. Pick a product in the store. Every product page says

what it is, what it grants and what it costs.

1. Add to cart. The cart holds items, not prices — the price is read fresh

from the catalogue every time it is shown. A price cannot go stale in your
cart and surprise you at the end.

1. Checkout. Here you give the Minecraft name the goods go to. This is

the field that makes gifting work, and it is the field to get exactly right:

1. Pay.
2. Keep the order number. It is fourteen characters, and it is what

identifies your order in any conversation about it.

The order page#

Every order has a page at /ggnetwork/checkout/<order number>, and it is
open — no sign-in. That is intentional: a guest has to be able to reach their
own receipt, and holding the fourteen-character number is the proof.

The flip side: the number is the key. Post it publicly and you have handed
out access to your receipt. Give it to the team in a report or a DM, not in a
forum thread.

Buying for someone else#

Put their Minecraft name in at checkout and you are done. Nothing else changes;
the goods go to them, the receipt comes to you.

What does not work is buying it under your own name and asking to move it
later. After a delivery has run, what arrived is theirs and the game server has
no idea it was meant for anyone else.

What is actually available#

Two categories deliver today: Gen Ranks and
Crate Keys.

The HeartSMP categories are visible and marked as coming soon. They are not a
bug and not a broken link — they are planned, and they say so rather than
pretending to be empty.
